- The equipment and items in the rooms are strictly for the use of guests staying at the Hotel. Please do not remove any hotel items from their fixed locations without permission.<\/p>\n \t <\/div>\n <\/div>\n

Disturbance, noise and shouting are prohibited as they may disturb or annoy other guests staying at the hotel. Please supervise children if necessary.<\/p>\n \t <\/div>\n <\/div>\n

The flexible booking must be guaranteed by a valid credit card number. The credit card holder must be one of the arriving guests.<\/p>\n \t <\/div>\n <\/div>\n

The card given as security may be pre-authorised for an amount up to the total price of the reservation in order to guarantee the validity of the card. Pre-authorisation does not constitute a final payment. It is a simple verification.<\/p>\n \t <\/div>\n <\/div>\n

Cancellations must be made to the hotel AT LEAST 48 HOURS before the day of arrival. If the guest does not cancel the reservation within the free cancellation period or in the case of no-show (the guest does not cancel the reservation and does not arrive at the hotel premises before midnight and does not inform the hotel of his\/her late arrival), the hotel is entitled to charge the total accommodation fee.<\/p>\n \t <\/div>\n <\/div>\n

Check-in time is from 15:00 and check-out time is 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out is only possible by prior arrangement with the hotel and charges may apply.<\/p>\n \t <\/div>\n <\/div>\n

The guest is responsible for any damage caused to the room during their stay and undertakes to cover the cost of repair, replacement or additional cleaning. If the guest notices any damage to the room on arrival, he\/she must report this immediately to the hotel reception. Between 10.00 pm and 8.00 am, there is a quiet and peaceful night-time rest period in the hotel. We ask all guests to respect this time. Behaviour that disturbs other guests during their night's rest is strictly forbidden. This includes listening to loud television or music, loud talking in the rooms or corridors and other disturbing behaviour.
