To ensure that our establishments offer guests a safe and comfortable stay, the following rules must be observed. Failure to comply with these rules may result in cancellation of your stay and/or refusal to extend your stay at our Riads. In addition, if you damage any equipment or accessories within the hotel premises, the hotel reserves the right to charge you for the full cost of this.

Pets are not allowed in our Riads
Rooms are reserved exclusively for guests registered in our Riads.
To avoid fires, avoid smoking on the bed - the rooms are non-smoking
- The equipment and items in the rooms are strictly for the use of guests staying at the Hotel. Please do not remove any hotel items from their fixed locations without permission.
Disturbance, noise and shouting are prohibited as they may disturb or annoy other guests staying at the hotel. Please supervise children if necessary.
For reasons of hygiene and to avoid insects, it is forbidden to bring food into the rooms.
FLEXIBLE BOOKING :
The flexible booking must be guaranteed by a valid credit card number. The credit card holder must be one of the arriving guests.
The card given as security may be pre-authorised for an amount up to the total price of the reservation in order to guarantee the validity of the card. Pre-authorisation does not constitute a final payment. It is a simple verification.
Cancellations must be made to the hotel AT LEAST 48 HOURS before the day of arrival. If the guest does not cancel the reservation within the free cancellation period or in the case of no-show (the guest does not cancel the reservation and does not arrive at the hotel premises before midnight and does not inform the hotel of his/her late arrival), the hotel is entitled to charge the total accommodation fee.

NON-REFUNDABLE BOOKING CONDITIONS :
Bookings under NON-REFUNDABLE conditions require a deposit of 100 % of the booking amount, which will be debited from the customer's credit card on the day of booking.
In the event of cancellation, amendment or no-show, the full amount will be retained as a cancellation penalty and nothing will be refunded under any circumstances.
ACCOMMODATION RULES AND CONDITIONS
Check-in time is from 15:00 and check-out time is 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out is only possible by prior arrangement with the hotel and charges may apply.
The guest is responsible for any damage caused to the room during their stay and undertakes to cover the cost of repair, replacement or additional cleaning. If the guest notices any damage to the room on arrival, he/she must report this immediately to the hotel reception. Any subsequent reports will not be taken into consideration.
Between 10.00 pm and 8.00 am, there is a quiet and peaceful night-time rest period in the hotel. We ask all guests to respect this time. Behaviour that disturbs other guests during their night's rest is strictly forbidden. This includes listening to loud television or music, loud talking in the rooms or corridors and other disturbing behaviour. In the event of a serious breach of this rule, the hotel may go so far as to call the police if necessary.
